Hebei based Chinese steelmaker Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co. has announced that it has successfully developed ML15 steels for cold heading and cold extruding. The newly developed steels have high purity, with minimal sulphur and phosphorus impurities.

The steels in question are used in the production of bolts, screws, pins and other fasteners.
