
Sinopec and Chevron jointly fund Gendalo Gehem natural gas play
It is reported that China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and Chevron will jointly develop the Gendalo-Gehem natural gas project in India. The natural gas project costs USD 6 billion and is expected to produce 1.1 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 31,000 barrels of condensate. Sinopec and Chevron will have 18% equity in it.
China National Offshore Oil Corporation had previously acquired a 60% stake in Pan American, the second-largest gasoline supplier in Argentina.
