China Knowledge reported that Sinotrans Ltd China leading logistics service provider plans to issue CNY 500 million worth of three-year notes on the interbank market on October 19.

Coupon rate will be determined in the process of book building. Both value date and payment due date is set at October 21 and the to-be-issued notes tradable on October 24.

Proceeds from the issue will be used to develop logistics projects, said the Hong Kong-listed issuer. China Merchants Bank and Bank of Communications Co Ltd are assigned as the lead underwriters.

Shanghai Brilliance Credit Rating & Investors Service Co Ltd has rated the issuer and notes AAA and AAA respectively.
