Special steel project in Zhejiang province to operate by end November

It is reported that 60,000 tonne special steel project now under construction in Zhejiang province is to put into service by the end of the month.
As per report, the project funded CNY 40 million by Zhejiang Juyie Strip Steel Company started construction this March.
