Shanxi Province: semis prices generally increase CNY 20 per tonne to CNY 50 per tonne on November 16.

In Linfen, EXW price of billet increases CNY 20 per tonne to CNY 3880 per tonne to CNY 3900 per tonne and in Wenshui and Hejin it was CNY 3860 per tonne and CNY 3900 per tonne respectively.

Despite the plain transaction across the province, part manufacturers post good sales performances. As some manufacturers in Wenshui and Hejin are still in the process of overhaul or are posing controls in shipments to the market, quotations are expected to mildly wave in short range.

In Jiangsu Province also semis prices increased slightly on November 16.

In Xuzhou, EXW price of 20MnSi billet was at CNY 4080 per tonne to CNY 4100 per tonne, increasing by CNY 30 per tonne to CNY 50 per tonne over previous week.

In Zhangjiagang, the purchase price of 20MnSi billet reached CNY 4100 per tonne, with a markup of CNY 50 over previous week.

Market transactions are improving that part manufacturers are booked till the end of the month or early December. It is predicted that market quotation will fluctuate slightly in the short future.
