According to China Iron & Steel Association, the sales revenue of China's medium large sized steel mills in the first three quarters 2012 were down by 6.49% YoY.

However, Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co Limited, world's largest stainless steel producer, gained operating revenue of CNY 105.541 billion in January to September 2012 period, up by 11.4% YoY.
