It is reported that Sinopec Shandong Taishan Petroleum posted a 45.73%YoY increase in net profit from the first half of 2011 to CNY 7.78 million. Revenue increased 28.33% to CNY 1.94 billion during the reporting period.

Sales volume of refined oil was 258,000 tons up by 10.49% during the reporting period. Revenue from refined oil and diesel oil rose 22.29% and 33.29%. Taishan Petroleum gross margins from lubricant oil and natural gas products increased 2.63%YoY and 3.54%YoY respectively.
