According to Chinese giant steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group, its subsidiary Tangshan Iron and Steel Group recorded strong sales results for its main products in the January to August period of the current year.

In January to August this year, Tangsteel total steel product sales amounted to 2.817 million tonnes. In the given period, Tangsteel sales of its auto steel, steel for the oil sector, steel for household appliances and welding quality wire rod increased by 23.2%YoY, 128.5%YoY, 31.9%YoY and 347.3%YoY respectively.
