It is reported that after five years of selection and tough negotiation, Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation finally settled in Texas, US, highlighting that win-win strategy is the winning magic to build plant on the other side of the Pacific Ocean for this biggest global seamless steel producer.

This project is planned to occupy 1.44 million squares and produce 500,000 tonnes of seamless steel after putting into production in 2014.

In recent years, bothered by frequent anti dumping and anti subsidy investigation initiated by other counties, to build overseas plants has been deemed as an effective and long-term way to legitimately defuse risks of international trade investigation.
