Wuhan Iron and Steel Company announced to spend USD 4 billion to build a steel plant in Brazil with Rio de Janeiro State Government and the EBX Group.

This project is estimated to create 20,000 job opportunities. Meanwhile, JAC, a Chinese automobile producer, also show their interest to build a plant in Brazil.
