Yalian Steel Corporation announces that its former auditor, KPMG LLP has resigned effective July 3 2012 at the request of the company and MNP LLP has been appointed as the successor auditor.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the company has filed the attached Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR together with letters from KPMG and MNP, each confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice as applicable.
