China Knowledge reported that Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Co Ltd China fourth largest oil company produced 3.13 million tonnes of crude oil in the third quarter of this year.

The firm said during the period from July to September, the company sold 3.32 million tonnes of oil products up by 22.02%MoM. In September, Yanchang Petroleum produced 1.04 million tons of crude oil, processed 1.21 million tons of crude oil and sold 1.2 million tonnes of oil products.

The company also disclosed that it signed a cooperative agreement on October 9th with Dalian Municipal Government on building a mega petrochemical project. No further details were given.

In 2009, the company realized CNY 80.62 billion in revenue and CNY 5.02 billion in net profit. Its crude oil output hit 11.3 million tonnes. The firm processed 11.89 million tonnes of crude oil last year, while it sold 11.36 million tons of oil products.
