On September 21st 2011, Zenith Steel announced construction steel EXW price policy for late September based on September 11 price changes.

I. High speed wire rod - Down by CNY 50 per tonne and Q195 industrial wire rod has no price markup

Now 6.5mm Q235 high speed wire rod is priced at CNY 5000 per tonne and 6.5mm Q195 industrial wire rod at CNY 5000 per tonne.

II. Rebar - Down by CNY 60 per tonne

After adjustment, 16mm to 25mm HRB335 rebar is priced at CNY 4750 per tonne and 18-25mm HRB400 rebar at CNY 4830 per tonne.

III. Coiled rebar - Down by CNY 110 per tonne

At present, 8mm coiled rebar EXW price hit CNY 5060 per tonne.

All the prices above include VAT and take effect from September 21st 2011.
