2nd International Stainless Steel Symposium

With the 2nd International Stainless Steel Symposium, Stainless Steel Focus and Focus Rostfrei, together with their sister publications Focus Inoxydable (France), Focus Nerez (Czech Republic) and Focus Nierdzewne (Poland) clearly demonstrate - even at this early stage - that they are capable of achieving some quite spectacular results when it comes to organizing successful sector events. And this autumn, at the invitation of this publishing group, the international stainless steel industry will be meeting in the Hotel Intercontinental in Dubai.

From October 29 to 31, Dubai will be the venue for the most important international stainless steel conference of the year, the 2nd International Stainless Steel Symposium. The International Stainless Steel Symposium, for which some outstanding experts have already been lined up as speakers, is targeted at stainless steel producers, traders, processors, users, purchasing and marketing experts.

The event will provide participants with an up-to-date overview of the sector, as well as discussing innovations and trends on stainless steel markets worldwide. But in addition, the International Stainless Steel Symposium is above all one thing - namely the international stage for stainless steel contacts from around the world.

A not insignificant reason for the success of Stainless Steel Focus events is without doubt the very reasonable pricing structure which has been adopted. The registration fee for the 2nd International Stainless Steel Symposium in Dubai, including hotel accommodation for two nights, participation at the conference, as well as the evening event, is between Euro1,530 and Euro1,700, depending on the category of room chosen. It goes without saying - Dubai demands it - that a sightseeing tour is included in the package!

The Symposium begins on Wednesday evening with a “Get Together” in an informal atmosphere in the hotel, and ends on early Friday afternoon. Five papers by well-known experts from the stainless steel industry will be presented at each of the conference sessions which will take place on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

Following the first session of papers, all participants at the 2nd International Stainless Steel Symposium will meet in the vista lounge of the Intercontinental and participate in an unforgettable evening event in a quite extraordinary ambience with a view of what will be the world’s tallest building currently under construction.

The Symposium thus offers unsurpassed opportunities to make contact with potential new partners in markets which up until now may have seemed “unapproachable”.
