Post conference field trip
The conference will be followed by a field trip to Guangzhou South China Metals Trading Center and Lecong Steel Market on March 28, 2007. The cost of the trip is US$100 per head. Delegates interested in the field trip are requested to indicate their participation in the registration form
Conference language
The official language of the conference is Chinese and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided during presentation and discussion.
Registration
A delegate registration fee is USD1300 before February 25th 2007 and USD1500 afterwards.
The fee is inclusive of documentation, translation, conference venues, refreshments, lunches and dinners etc but does not include the cost of accommodation.
Registration can only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment or proof of payment. The deadline for advance registration will be March 20th 2007. After this date, registration can only be made by cash on the conference site. An additional USD50 will be charged for on-site registration even though the registration form has been received beforehand.
Cancellation received in writing before March 15 will be refunded less USD200 administration fee. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable although delegate substitution could be accepted.

Accommodation
Accommodation at preferential price has been reserved at the White Swan Hotel where the conference is going to be held. Please indicate your hotel reservation in the registration form.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and should be paid by delegates at the hotel check-in. Hotel confirmation will be sent to you along with the confirmation of the conference registration.
