Term :  Delivered Duty Unpaid (named place of destination)

Description :  A sales arrangement in which the seller is responsible for the costs and risks involved in bringing goods to the named place, excluding duties, taxes, importation charges, and costs of customs formalities. The buyer is required to pay those costs, and any additional costs, and to bear any risks resulting from a failure to clear the goods for import promptly. A DDU arrangement may be used irrespective of the mode of transport.
