Description :  A sales arrangement in which the seller bears all risks and costs including duties, taxes, and other delivery charges to the named port of destination, unless otherwise specified. The parties may choose, for example, to exclude some of the costs, such as value added tax (VAT), from the seller's obligations. DEQ arrangements are only used in connection with sea or inland waterway transport.
