Description :  A sales arrangement in which the buyer pays all exporting and importing charges, unless otherwise specified. The seller is only responsible for the actual delivery of the goods to the specified destination (i.e. works, factory, warehouse, etc.). This term may be applied to any mode of transport including multimodal.
