ACC cement said that its production in October 2009 stood at 1.71 million tonnes against 1.74 million tonne in October 2008.

ACC said that its dispatches during the month were down at 1.69 million tonnes against 1.7 million tonnes. Its cumulative production in October 2009 rose to 17.83 million tonnes as compared with 17.23 million tonnes last year and dispatches have gone up to 17.81 million tonnes.
