Mr Rajieve Krishnan has taken charge as chief operating officer of APM Terminals Mumbai (Gateway Terminals India) at Nhava Sheva.

Beginning his career with Mackinnon & Mackenzie in 1980, Mr Krishnan has served in various capacities within the AP Moller-Maersk Group, including representing APM Terminals New Business Development in the Indian Subcontinent.

With an eye for detail, he is sure to bring in fresh ideas for innovative, safe and commercial operations at India’s largest container handling terminal, APM Terminals Mumbai.

Welcoming Mr Krishnan on board, Mr Dinesh Lal chairman of APM Terminals Mumbai said that "We look forward to the extensive and varied operational and management experience Rajieve brings to our leadership team and are certain to scale new heights, ensuring unprecedented success."
