The Aditya Birla Group's cement production in June up by 2.59% at 3.155 million tonnes while its dispatches were up 0.52% at 3.156 million tonnes over the year ago period.

For the period April to June 2010, the group's cement production was up 5.06% at 9.972 million tonnes as against 9.491 million tonnes during April to June 2009.

Dispatches rose by 4.12% at 9.889 million tonnes in April to June 10 as against 9.498 million tonnes in the corresponding period last year.
