The Aditya Birla Group’s cement production for the period April to July 2010 has moved up by 4.99% at 12.858 million tonne as against 12.246 million tonne during April to July 2009.

Dispatches rose by 4.96% at 12.805 million tonne in April to July 2010 vis a vis 12.200 million tonne in the corresponding period last year.

Cement production for the month of July 2010 is higher by 4.75% at 2.886 million tonne and dispatches at 2.916 million tonne by 7.94% over July 2009.
