Mr Ajay S Mittal CMD of Arshiya International Ltd a global integrated supply chain and logistics infrastructure solutions company has been conferred with the Visionary of the Year award by Supply Chain Asia for his outstanding achievements in the field of logistics; presented at a function held in Raffles Town Club in Singapore on November 12.

This award to Mr Mittal represented the second honor to Arshiya in this ceremony where the company was earlier awarded the ‘Supply Chain Innovation’ award for its initiatives in the integrated logistics space in 2009.

Mr Mittal was the 8th recipient of the Visionary of the Year award, with some previous honorable winners of this accolade including Mr Mahathir Bin Mohamad former premier of Malaysia, Dr Yu Ning Fu president and director of China Merchant Group, Mr John E Meredith group MD of Hutchison Port Holdings, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum president of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and chairman of the Emirates Group and Dr Victor K Fung Group Chairman of the Li & Fung Group of Companies.

This prestigious award to Mr Mittal comes as recognition of the exemplary performance of Arshiya International in infusing much needed logistics infrastructure solutions into improving productivity and efficiency for corporations operating in India.
