BEML Q2 profit moves up marginally 3.8pct

BEML has posted a net profit of INR 153 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011 as compared to INR 147.4 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2010, registering an increase of 3.80%.
Net sales has increased from INR 5.09 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 to INR 7.92 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, representing an increase of 55.60%.
