BGR Energy Systems has posted a decline of 9.19% in net profit to INR 983.54 million for the quarter ended March 31st 2011 as compared to INR 1,083.11 million for the same quarter last year.

Total income has decreased by 12.04% to INR 14,633.77 million for the quarter ended March 31st 2011 as against INR 16,636.95 million for the quarter ended March 31st 2010.

The company on consolidated basis posted a net profit of INR 3,230.41 million for the year ended March 31st 2011 as compared to INR 2,014.575 million for the year ended March 31st 2010, a jump of 60.35%.

Similarly, the consolidated total income has increased by 54% from INR 30,984 million for the year ended March 31st 2010 to INR 47,720.945 million for the year ended March 31st 2011.
