Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd said that its shareholders have appointed Mr T Balakrishnan as director of the company.

BPCL in a filing to BSE said that the shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr T Balakrishnan principal secretary industry and commerce of government of Kerala as director.
