ET reported that Ms Aarti Singal, a promoter of Bhushan Steel, on Monday sold 550,000 shares of the company worth INR 16.57 crore to Bhushan Infrastructure Ltd.

Bhushan Infrastructure bought the shares of Bhushan Steel held by Ms Singal at INR 331.55 apiece.

Taking into count today's share sale, Ms Singal has sold 2 million shares of the company to Bhushan Infrastructure this month.
