
Bajaj Hindustan announced that its board of directors has approved transfer/assignment of its 430 MW capacity thermal power project to Bajaj Energy presently a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
As per release the aforesaid project is transferred to Bajaj Energy with a view to implement the presently under construction new 430 MW capacity thermal power project comprising of five power plants of 90 MW each through a special purpose vehicle. BHL is obligated to hold a minimum of 26% equity in the said SPV.
