Bharat Forge and Alstom JV to ink pact for loan - Report

Bloomberg reported that a JV between Bharat Forge Ltd and Alstom SA plans to sign a INR 13.5 billion loan next month.
As per report, the 12 year loan is being arranged and underwritten by Axis Bank Ltd. and ICICI Bank Ltd.
The report added that Bank of India, Canara Bank, Export-Import Bank of India, Indian Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce also participated in the syndication.
