Bharat Forge opens INR 720 crore QIP issue

Auto components maker Bharat Forge said it has launched its USD 150 million (INR 720 crore) private placement issue on April 21.
Bharat Forge in a filing to the National Stock Exchange said that the company opened its USD 150 million qualified institutional placement issue. The company, however, did not disclose the purpose of the funds being raised.
