Bihar Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE that Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. vide its letter dated August 20th 2009 has withdrawn the nomination of Mr Vijoy Prakash and nominated Ms Anshuli Arya in his place.
The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 24th 2009 has appointed Ms Anshuli Arya MD of Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd as nominee Director in place of Mr Vijoy Prakash.
