Binani Industries Ltd has announced that that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Board Meeting held on October 6th 2010, decided to acquire / purchase the entire public equity shareholding of its subsidiary, Binani Cement Ltd, by giving an exit opportunity to the public shareholders of Binani Cement Ltd in accordance with the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
