C & C Constructions said that company has decided to raise additional funds through various options as suited. However no details on the same were disclosed. The decision was taken by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 29th 2009.

This is however subjected to the approval of shareholders and other necessary approvals as required.

C&C Constructions is engaged in the construction of highways, airports, laying of optic fiber cables and maintenance of telecom network.
