Projects Today reported that DLF and Unitech both realty companies which had earlier deferred, some of their projects have decided to restart these projects in Mumbai.

Unitech, which recently raised USD 325 million through the qualitative institutional placement route has revived three of its residential projects at Dadar and Chembur in Mumbai. It is also considering building a commercial project in Lower Parel.

For DLF, which had bought 17.5 acre from NTC in Lower Parel for INR 702 crore in 2005, construction has commenced again.
