Eicher Motors disclosed a phenomenal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2010.

During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.01 times to INR 357.30 million from INR 177.70 million in the same quarter previous year.

The company’s net sales for the quarter for the quarter rose 25.19% to INR 1,221.40 million, while total income for the quarter rose 33.80% to INR 1,525.90 million, when compared with the prior year period.
