
Essar Hypermart has launched “BANDHAN PLUS” in Gujarat to strengthen their relationship with customers.
The program is designed in such a way that the customers will get preferential services in terms of delivery and price based on the bulk of orders placed. The main objective behind this exercise for the company has been to add more value that will enhance customers overall experience.
While its existing program “BANDHAN” helped the company build strong relationships with its customers, this has been introduced by the company keeping in mind the changing business scenario. The key highlight of this program is it offers numerous benefits to the consumers that include integration of his material requirement with supply chain process, priority access to facilities and incremental reward points. This program also highlights its strategy as it wants the last mile advantage of knowing its customers.
The response from customers for this program has been remarkable as 350 consumers have already registered for the same. The total customer base for BANDHAN program across the country is 7000. Essar Hypermart is pleasantly surprised by this positive response in Gujarat and plans to roll out the same on a pan-India basis.
Addressing the consumers during the launch program, Mr Ashok Bajpai CEO of Essar Hypermart emphasized the need for a stronger relationship resulting in a win-win situation for all the stake holders and detailed the need for them to harness the business benefits associated with BANDHAN PLUS. He said that “We understand our consumer’s challenges under the macro and micro environmental conditions; hence all our initiatives are aimed at enhancing the customer value and experience. BANDHAN PLUS is a step in this direction and will strengthen our relationship through increased frequency of interaction.”
