Essar Oil picks up 50pct take in Kenya

Essar Oil announced the acquisition of 50% stake in a 4 million tonne oil refinery in Kenya.
As per release the company acquired 50% stake of western energy majors Shell BP and Chevron in Kenya Petroleum Refineries Ltd.
