The program is a part of ExxonMbil’s global marketing program that had been developed to offer complete package of lubricant solutions and services to the steel sector manufacturers in India. As a one-stop solution for all lubricant needs, the program offers a comprehensive range of lubricating oils and greases supported by the technical know-how and application by experts.

Mr Rupinder Paintal GM of ExxonMobil Lubricants Private Limited said that “We are considering steel sector as a key market in the country and Chhattisgarh is one of the major centre.” He added that besides offering highly advanced products, the company seeks to provide the Indian steel sector a seamless customer experience with a complete package of lubricants and services for better production efficiency and productivity.

The Brand Advisor for Asia Pacific Mobil SHC, Shankar Kartik said that the company’s focus would be in the Indian market. The rapid growth of the Indian economy and the major infrastructure development are driving the market demand for iron and steel in the country.

Mr Kartik said that “New development in the steel industry present challenges to lubricant products.” He added that from continous steel casting, steel plate rolling, and steel plates rolling to cranes, products must deliver in harsh environments like high temperature, heavy workloads and pollution.
