At least 53 miners are trapped inside a mine of Nagda Colliery of Coal India Limited’s subsidiary Bharat Coking Coal Ltd at Bhatdih in Jharkhand. 4 persons managed to come out as rescue team rushed inside the mine.

As per reports the gas leakage started immediately after the miners blasted for mining at around 9 PM and resulted in fire inside the mine.
