BL cited Mr Naresh Kumar CMD of Hindusthan Shipyard Limited as saying that HSL will deliver 2 vessels on July 31st.

Mr Kumar said “Two ships that is 30,000 DWT bulk carrier meant for the Good Earth Maritime Limited and 32 T bollard pull tug for the New Mangalore Port Trust will be delivered on that day.

He said “Currently, the HSL has 4 new vessels under construction at its outfitting jetty, awaiting delivery. 2 more vessels inshore patrol vessel for the Indian Coast Guard and the 53,000 DWT bulk carrier are ready for delivery in a few months. The HSL is also focusing on ship repairs and at present nine ships are under repair at the yard.
