Hero Honda Motors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21st 2009 inter alia has considered and recommended a divined @ 1000% ie INR 20 per equity share of INR 2 per each for the financial year 2008-09.
The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Non Executive & Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. April 21, 2009.
