IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd said that Rapid MetroRail Gurgaon Ltd has tied up INR 1,088 crore for a metro project in Gurgaon.

IL&FS Transportation Networks in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that Rapid MetroRail Gurgaon Ltd a joint venture between ITNL, ENSO Rail Systems Ltd, DLF Metro Ltd and IL&FS, is developing the rail metro link in Gurgaon. The project will be executed on build, operate and transfer basis.

The ENSO Group recently entered into a joint venture with ITNL to form ITNL Enso Rail Systems Ltd.
