IL&FS Transportation Networks a transportation infrastructure company and one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India, today reported consolidated net profit for Q1 of FY 11 at INR 1.06 billion.

The company’s net sales of the company stood INR 7.76 billion for the quarter ended June 30th 2010.

IL&FS Transportation Networks is a developer, operator and facilitator of surface transportation infrastructure projects, taking projects from conceptualization through commissioning to operations and maintenance.

The company is also involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges.
