
Kalinga Times reported that Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd announced names of the recipients of the fourth edition of the Professor Ghanashyam Dash Scholarship for Higher Education which was instituted in 2005 for meritorious students qualifying for professional courses like medical and engineering degrees.
Going further in its commitment to the society, IMFA has decided to extend the scholarship to two more deserving children of financially weak families other than IMFA employees from this year onwards, which takes the total number of scholarship recipients to four.
Each of the selected 4 candidates will receive INR 75,000 per annum for the entire duration of courses towards admission or Course fees, hostel charges and other expenses.
