ITD Cementation India Limited in joint venture with its promoter, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited of Thailand one of the leading contracting organizations in South East Asia, has been awarded a contract wroth over INR 228 crores by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited for construction of elevated road & metro viaduct for Stage I of Jaipur Metro and Ajmer Road BRTS corridor.

This is the third contract awarded to ITD Cementation joint venture by DMRC. The Joint Venture has recently completed INR 290 crores contract for construction of an elevated corridor on Qutub Minar to Gurgaon Corridor, including viaduct and structural work of five elevated stations and another contract for INR 897 crores for a 4165 m long twin bored underground metro tunnel construction with advanced tunnel boring machine including 3 underground stations on Central Secretariat to Badarpur Corridor for the Delhi MRTS.

The Joint Venture benefits from Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited's experience in implementation of major MRTS projects in Thailand and Taiwan, combined with ITD Cementation India Ltd's experience in various phases of the Delhi MRTS.
