Mr N Srinivasan, Former Director General, Confederation of Indian Industries Special Advisor, CII Institute of Quality, was present at the Metallurgical Engineering Department of Institute of Technology Varanasi during November 5-6, 2011 to receive the 3i (Industry Institute Interaction) award from the department.

He delivered a lecture on the emerging scenarios in Indian industry and interacted with the faculty and students.

Mr Srinivasan is also a recipient of Distinguished Alumnus Award (2001) of our University.
