DHNS reported that in an attempt to address the power sector woes at the earliest, the Prime Minister Office will hold a second round of meeting with top executives of private power sector companies on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Principal Secretary Mr Pulok Chatterji will chair the meeting to be attended by to industrialists, including Reliance Power’s Mr Anil Ambani, TATA Power’s Mr Cyrus Mistry and Adani Power’s Mr Gautam Adani.

The meeting comes close on the heels of the government announcing that Coal India Limitedwould sign 20 year fuel supply agreements for power projects.
