JSW ISPAT Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has, on July 12, 2012, served notices to the creditors informing the Company’s proposal to file a petition before the Company Law Board, Kolkata Bench, under Section 17(2) of the Companies Act, 1956, seeking confirmation of the alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company, so as to change the location of its Registered Office from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra and inviting objections, if any, from them.

The aforesaid notice has been served on the creditors pursuant to Regulation 36(ii) of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991.
