Reuters reported that JSW Steel Ltd acquired 3.77% stake in Ispat Industries Ltd in an open offer, taking its total holding to 49.3%.

JSW had raised its offer price for a 20% stake in Ispat to INR 22.25 rupees in March, after it said late last year it would buy a controlling stake in IIL.
