Electrical equipment maker Jyoti Limited entered into collaboration agreement with DMW Corporation for manufacturing pumps for large power and irrigation projects in India.

Jyoti Limited and DMW Corporation announced the collaboration. The collaboration marks company's entry into larger business segment. Mr Rahul Amin CMD of Jyoti Limited said that "We are anticipating our business to grow by INR 200 crore to INR 300 crore in next five year.”

Recently, Jyoti Limited invested close to INR 100 crore in capacity and expansion, which will be utilised to manufacturing pumps for large power and irrigation projects in India.

DMW Corporation is a 101 year-old Japanese company, engaged in manufacturing pumps for nuclear & thermal power projects and large irrigation projects. DMW Corporation has supplied 360 circulating water pumps for thermal power plants and 29 pumps for nuclear power plants up to capacity of 1,000 MW.
